The new highlight to our machining portfolio-
"2008" Vision Wide - VTEC VF-5026 Double Column Vertical Machining Center. It boosts a Machine travel of X-Axis-205", Y-Axis 102", and Z-Axis-48". This machine features a Fanuc 18iM CNC Control, 6,000 RPM- Two speed Chilled Spindle, Reinshaw OMP-60 Optical Measurement Probe, Manual Universal Head, 40 Tool Cat 50 Taper ATC Chilled ball screws. 1 – Okuma Double Column Vertical Machining Center model MCV-AII with U100M control, 78” x 158” travel, 30 HP spindle and 50 tool magazine.  

1 – Okamoto Horizontal Machining Center with 6M control, 60” vertical travel x 120” horizontal travel with rotary table.  20 HP spindle and 40 tool magazine.

CONVENTIONAL EQUIPMENT

 Lathes and Grinders

1 – Moriseiki 7.5 HP: 17” dia. x 60”, 32 to 1,800 RPM.  Steady rest, follow rest, 10” three jaw chuck and a 16” face plate.

1 – Leblond 5 HP: 15” dia. x 30”, 30 to 1,200 RPM.  Servo shift, 8” three jaw chuck, 10” four jaw chuck and steady rest. Trav-A-Dial and faceplates.

1 – Leblond 26” dia. x 240”, 18 to 1,000 RPM.  Servo shift, steady rests to 18”, follow rests to 3”, 15” three jaw chuck and 18” four jaw chuck.  24” face plate, Trav-A-Dial and hydraulic tracing.

1 – Cincinnati Cim-X equipped with duel spindles.  One milling spindle and one drilling spindle.  7.5 HP, 20” x 24” with 28” travel.  Built-in index table.

4 – Bridgeport’s Model 12-BRJ-42:  9” x 42” table, 30” travel, power feed with digital readouts.

1 – Cleveland Open Side Planer Mill: 48” x 60” x 240”, full electric panel, pendant control with 16 HP milling head, 45 deg. tilt side head adapter, power feed table and power feed rail.

Horizontal Boring Mills

1 – Nomura Model B-100LP Horizontal Boring Mill:  15 HP, 4” spindle diameter, 40” x 55” table, 50” vertical travel with 32” x 60 “ table travel.  Spindle travel is 26”.
